Research Data Management and Open Access for Cultural Heritage

Research data management, open access, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles are new challenges for the researchers. This training will cover topics relevant to creating a data management plan for cultural heritage field. We'll provide a basic introduction to file renaming, understanding the dataset (GIS, 3D, Geophysic etc), organizing your dataset, and preparing it for a digital repository. During the discussion session, we will address copyright issues. Please bring your own dataset, and we will answer questions using real examples.
